For example, you have to make sure there is proper grounding, that extension cords are being used safely, that the wiring design is properly working, and that there are no lockout or tag out problems.
All employees should wear protective equipment at all times while using the fabrication equipment. This includes respiratory protection, eye and face protection, head protection, foot protection, and hand protection.
